Hames Sharley originally partnered with one of Perth’s most respected web development firms for the development of their web presence. The first iteration of the web site was actually awarded a 2008 PADC Award. However, Hames Sharley felt that it still required a final bit of finessing as the original site was completed in haste to coincide with the national brand launch which was prior to the full arsenal of the brand architecture being completed, they also required the site to have some new features incorporated.

With the exception of the front page, we tried to work within the bounds of the original site template and underpinnings, so that the changes would be predominately cosmetic and not require a massive and costly re-programming of the back-end of the site.

The re-design process went smoothly, but unfortunately rolling out the new design opened a bit of a can of worms, so Hames Sharley opted to find a new web development partner and PerthWeb was appointed to work with us to roll out the new site.

We worked closely with PerthWeb over several months in an art direction capacity to ensure the final result would be exactly as we had intended. Hames Sharley is very pleased with the final result and the new feature set of the web site.
