Our poster developed to showcase the talent of Calibre Global’s young engineers at the 2008 Young Engineers National Summit has just been delivered.

We worked closely with the marketing team at Calibre to develop a graphic response that was a deliberate departure from the generally accepted style for corporate sponsors. The primary aim of this project was a branding exercise with a recruitment undertone. We focused on showcasing their young engineers achievement in winning the Global MERIT competition and highlighted Calibre as an employer that values its young engineers and is not afraid to be “a little bit different”.

The design maintains core brand elements but puts a youth oriented “twist” upon the established brand guidelines of Calibre Global.

    Guys,

    You’ve hit the mark again!! I’ve just returned from this year’s Young Engineers Conference (about 300 in attendance) and the poster was a real head turner.

    To any prospective clients out there I can genuinely recommend Ben Hames and his team for your branding and visual communication needs. I don’t make this recommnedation lightly but I do belive in giving credit where it’s due. You’ll get to work with Designers who are also Account Managers so nothing is “lost in translation”. You’ll also get to work with specialist in their field who aren’t afraid to question or push the boundary. They truly are “Design Partners”.
